All orders are dispatched from our shop in Subhash Bazar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Monday or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day, as our shop remains closed on Mondays.

Our Courier Partners

We ship through Delhivery, Shree Maruti Courier, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Amazon Transportation Services and Ekart.

The courier partner for your order is selected automatically by our shipping system based on your delivery pin code, choosing the partner with the best service coverage for your area. We are unable to accept requests for a specific courier partner.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities are generally faster; remote pin codes may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.

Open Box Delivery Not Available

Open box delivery is not offered on any order. Parcels are sealed at our shop and must be accepted sealed. Our courier partners are not authorised to open a parcel, allow inspection of the contents, or permit a partial handover at the door.

Please do not ask the delivery executive to open the parcel. Instead, record a continuous unboxing video while opening it yourself, as this is what we rely on to verify any claim. Full requirements are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

As a guide, a single saree weighs around 450 g with packaging, so most single-saree orders fall in the Rs 70 slab. Two to four pieces usually ship together for a single charge, which works out cheaper per piece.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and works on a partial payment basis.

To place a COD order, a small advance deposit is payable online at checkout. The balance is collected in cash at the time of delivery. This deposit is not an extra charge — it is adjusted in full against your order total, so the amount you pay overall remains the same.

The deposit exists to confirm that an order is genuine. Every parcel we dispatch carries real packing and courier cost in both directions, and a small advance allows us to keep offering COD while protecting against fake or abandoned orders.

Please note that the advance deposit is non-refundable if the parcel is refused at the door, if delivery fails because the address or phone number provided was incorrect or unreachable, or if the parcel is returned to us undelivered for any reason attributable to the customer. If we are unable to fulfil your order from our side, or if we cancel it for any reason, the deposit is refunded in full.

A COD convenience fee may also apply. Where applicable, it is calculated on the value of your order and is displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

Order Tracking

A tracking number, along with the name of the courier partner handling your order, is shared over WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the courier's website.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery attempt fails because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive the parcel, the courier will usually re-attempt delivery. If the parcel is returned to us undelivered, re-shipping charges will apply.

Serviceable Areas

We currently ship within India only. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Delivery & Returns

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

When a Return is Accepted

Returns are accepted only if you have received a product different from the one you ordered. In such a case, we arrange the pickup at our cost and issue a full refund, or send the correct item, whichever you prefer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you receive is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same product at no additional cost. Replacement is our standard remedy for defective items. If the same product is no longer in stock, we will offer you an alternative of equal value or a full refund.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the grounds of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or a product not matching personal expectations. Please review the product photographs, fabric details and measurements carefully, and contact us on WhatsApp before ordering if you need any clarification. We are happy to share additional photos or videos of any item.

Time Limit

Any claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window cannot be processed.

Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened is mandatory for every wrong-item or defective-item claim. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted, as this is the only way we can verify the condition in which the parcel reached you. Please start recording before you break the seal.

How to Raise a Claim

Send us your order number, clear photographs of the item received, and the unboxing video on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. We will confirm the claim and arrange pickup or replacement.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items that have been worn, altered, stitched or dry cleaned cannot be accepted back under any circumstances.

Colour Variation

Fabric colours may appear slightly different on screen due to lighting, photography and display settings. Minor colour variation is a normal characteristic of textile products, is not treated as a defect, and does not qualify for return or replacement.

Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, it is initiated within 3-5 working days of the returned item reaching us and passing inspection. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take a further 5-7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank. Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
