Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
We make every effort to display product colours, fabric and details accurately. However, fabric shades may appear slightly different on your screen depending on lighting, photography and display settings. Minor variation in colour, weave, finish or embroidery placement is a normal characteristic of handloom and embroidered textiles and is not treated as a defect.
Measurements provided are approximate and may vary marginally between pieces of the same design.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
In the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability or an unserviceable delivery address, we will contact you and offer either an alternative product or a full refund.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete details supplied at checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not see, transmit or store your card, UPI or net banking credentials. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders with an additional handling charge.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns are accepted only in the limited circumstances described in our Return and Refund Policy, and are subject to the mandatory unboxing video requirement stated there. Both policies form part of these terms and should be read alongside them.
Intellectual Property
All product photographs, videos, text, logos and design elements on this website belong to HK Sales and may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent or speculative orders, to interfere with its security features, or to extract data from it by automated means.
Third-Party Services
This website relies on third-party services for payments, hosting, delivery and communication. While we select our partners carefully, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those third parties.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
