Wholesale & B2B Orders
HK Sales has supplied retailers, boutiques and resellers from Subhash Bazaar, Agra since 1948. We sell direct from our own stock, which is why our rates stay close to mandi price. This page sets out exactly how a wholesale order works with us, so there are no surprises at any stage.
Order Requirements
What is a set? A set is the complete colour range of a single design. If a saree is made in ten shades, one set is ten pieces — one of each colour. We do not break sets, because a broken set leaves us with unsellable odd colours.
How to Place an Order
Browse the catalogue and note the designs you want. Message us on WhatsApp with the design names or SKUs.
We check availability and share your wholesale rate, the total order value, and the approximate weight.
Full payment against the goods, by UPI or bank transfer. The order is confirmed once payment reflects.
Shipping is charged by actual weight. We share the exact amount with you before dispatch.
Freight must be cleared before goods leave our shop.
Goods are packed and handed over within 2 to 3 working days of successful payment. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp.
Payment Terms
- All wholesale orders are 100% prepaid. We do not offer COD or credit on wholesale.
- Payment is accepted by UPI or bank transfer.
- Orders are confirmed only after the payment reflects in our account.
- Shipping charges are billed separately and must be cleared before dispatch.

About transport bookings. For serious bulk quantities we send goods through a transport service rather than courier, and only after taking your approval. In that case the LR (lorry receipt) is generated as To Pay — meaning the freight is paid by you directly to the transport company at the time of delivery at your door. We do not add any margin on freight.
Damage, Exchange and Returns
- Defective pieces are exchanged, not refunded. If any piece in your order has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it after verification.
- An unboxing video is required for any damage or shortage claim. Start recording before you open the sealed parcel. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
- No refunds on wholesale orders. Verified defects are settled by replacement only.
- Return logistics are borne by you. The cost of sending the defective piece back to us is yours.
- Reshipping is on us. Once we receive and verify the piece, we ship the replacement at our cost.
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Colour and Fabric
Fabric shades may look slightly different on a screen than in hand, and hand-dyed work such as bandhani and leheriya varies slightly from piece to piece. This is normal in textiles and is not treated as a defect. If an exact shade matters for your order, ask us for a daylight photograph or video before you confirm.
We label our goods for what they are. Where a fabric is a blend, we say blend. Where a print is a print, we say print. Where the gota patti is hand-applied, we say so, and we will send you a photograph of the reverse side.
