Partial Cash on Delivery

We no longer offer full Cash on Delivery, where the entire amount is paid at the door. Every COD order now needs a small advance paid online at checkout, and the balance is paid in cash to the delivery agent.

The advance is Rs 149 on orders up to Rs 1,499, and 10% of the order value on orders of Rs 1,500 and above. It is not an extra charge - it is adjusted in full against your order total, so what you pay overall stays exactly the same.

A COD convenience fee is shown separately at checkout: Rs 49 up to Rs 1,999, Rs 79 from Rs 2,000 to Rs 3,499, and Rs 99 from Rs 3,500 to Rs 4,999. This is what our courier partners charge us to collect and remit cash, and we pass on only that cost.

Orders above Rs 5,000 are prepaid only. Full COD terms, including when the advance is not refundable, are set out in our Shipping Policy. COD is not available on wholesale orders.

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI and net banking details are entered directly on the gateway's secure page and are never seen, transmitted or stored on our servers.

This website is secured with SSL encryption, which means the information you enter is encrypted while it travels between your device and the website.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Failed or Pending Payments

If an amount is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, the payment gateway usually reverses the amount automatically within 5-7 working days. If it does not, contact us with your transaction reference and we will follow it up with the gateway on your behalf.

Double Charges

If you have been charged twice for the same order, please reach out to us immediately with both transaction references. Verified duplicate charges are refunded in full.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for timelines and eligibility.
