Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, fabric shades may appear slightly different on your screen depending on lighting and display settings. Minor variation is normal in textile products.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount will be refunded.

In the event of a pricing error or stock unavailability, we will contact you and offer either an alternative product or a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.

Cash on Delivery is offered on a partial payment basis only, on eligible retail orders up to Rs 5,000. An advance of Rs 149 on orders up to Rs 1,499, or 10% of the order value on orders of Rs 1,500 and above, is payable online at checkout, with the balance paid in cash on delivery. A COD convenience fee applies and is shown at checkout. The advance is adjusted against the order total and is not refundable where a parcel is refused or returns undelivered for reasons on the customer's side. Intellectual Property

All product photographs, text and design elements on this website belong to HK Sales and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
